STAINED GLASS For Beginners
Learn the traditional lead glass techniques, including basic elements of design, glass cutting, soldering & assembly. All material and tools provided for a 10″ x 10″ stained glass window.
Introduction to The Tarot – 6 weeks, beginning Monday, March 16, Mondays 3-5pm
An introduction to the history of tarot along with some readings with the intention of using the tarot as a positive tool for personal growth. We will be examining the different suits using mainly the Rider-Waite-Smith tarot deck. The latter half of the workshop will include an individual 3 card reading for each participant. 200.00
Individual classes & tarot readings are available all year round, by appointment.
INSTRUCTOR: Dar Mace has been a studio glass artist, student, teacher, and reader of the tarot for over 40 years. Born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, she has lived on Gabriola Island since 1980. Dar’s glass work is internationally known. She has a M.Ed. in adult learning and her classes are small, informative, and enthusiastic. Please register early to ensure your place.
